Placement
The location on the body where a tattoo is positioned. Placement affects visibility, pain level, healing time, and how the tattoo interacts with the body's contours.
In detail
Good placement considers: the movement of the body part (high-movement areas cause more ageing), sun exposure, visibility requirements (professional or personal), and how the design flows with the body's anatomy. Artists experienced in specific styles often have strong placement recommendations.
