I got a double helix piercing two years ago, and I had several issues with the service here. I booked a specific piercer in advance for a particular date. On the day of my arrival, the person at the counter told me that the master was on holiday and that he could do the piercing instead. It was really strange that no one informed me about this situation in advance, the studio basically forgot about my appointment. I decided to go through with the piercing anyway because it was a birthday gift to myself and I had been planning it for a long time. I didn’t like the final placement (which is partly my responsibility because it was marked beforehand, but with the jewelry in, it turned out closer together than I expected), and I asked if I could take it off. I was told that it first had to fully heal. The piercer also told me to book an appointment after a month for a downsize. A month passed, and I messaged them to schedule a day to come in. We agreed on a date and what hours they are available. When I arrived, there were no piercers there and no one at the counter. I waited for over 20 minutes. Eventually, another employee (not the one who did my piercing) came to the studio. She told me that I shouldn’t even think about downsizing yet because it was too early. She then “looked” at my piercing without even leaning closer, just glancing at it from behind the counter, almost a meter away. I came to the studio for nothing that day. Later, I got bumps even though I followed the aftercare routine they recommended. It has now been a little over two years, and the piercing is still not healed, and I cannot do anything about it. I understand that helix piercings can be difficult to heal, but with this review, I mainly want to point out that the service was unpunctual and very chaotic.

I got a few tattoos on my hands by Damian Parzyszek. We had a great time, chatting about all kinds of stuff. Everybody working there were super nice. And last but not least i am very happy with my tattoos. 10/10 recommend. I will go back next time in Warzaw 😍

I had my ears pierced by David and my nostril pierced by Veronika (a few months apart), and I was extremely impressed both times. The studio maintains outstanding hygiene standards, and the artists are very professional and reassuring. They walked me through the process, explained aftercare clearly, and chatted during the piercing to distract from the pain, which wasn't more than a pinch. A great experience overall, highly recommend!

I came here for a tattoo and ended up loving the whole experience. Artem is a real artist, and admin David is the kind of person who makes you feel welcome right away.
