I’m visiting on holiday all the way from Fiji and spent ages searching for the perfect place to get my dermal done while in Vancouver. I am so glad I found this studio! I was pierced by Matthew and he was absolutely incredible! So smooth, professional, and just full of great vibes. He made the whole experience so lovely and stress-free. The rest of the staff were super cool too. I’ve been documenting my whole trip and this was definitely a highlight. If you’re a visitor (or a local!) looking for a professional and friendly spot, I can’t recommend them enough. Vinaka vakalevu, Matthew!

Recently, I travelled to Vancouver for a concert and decided to get my medusa pierced while we were there. I found the Fall by looking at the APP website. All of their piercers are APP member! Adam performed my piercing and he was fantastic. He took his time with placement; having me move my mouth in a few different ways to make sure it was the right spot. The piercing was quick and easy! He's a nice and personable guy as well. I plan to see him again for downsizing and any future piercings I may decide to get! Worth the travel for sure.

Got tattooed by Rodrigo here a while back. Place is amazing, very spacious, staff are super welcoming, overall an amazing experience. Definitely coming back to finish the sleeve

This is a wonderful, magical place filled with passionate, creative professionals! Nicholas is my absolute favourite artist, his work is supreme, he also has a super cool and fascinating personality and is safe and comfortable to be around. I had two pieces done by him and I love it. Nicholas, you rock! A special shout out also goes to front desk staff for their soulful and warm customer service, and to Matt, Chase and Adam who all helped me with the piercing. Thank you, wonderful people @ The Fall, you make me feel happy and excited every time I come in. Absolute best. Heart, heart, and many more hearts!

Me and my sisters had an all around AMAZING experience at The FALL! Anthony was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful with finding us the perfect pieces for our preferences, anatomy and budgets. He was very thorough and took us through all of their beautiful jewelry options multiple times to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He never made us feel rushed and took the time to explain the piercing process, healing, jewelry and put us at ease! Matthew was our piercer and he was SO GREAT! He was kind, funny, extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made us very comfortable, calmed any nerves and helped us decide on the best placement and sizes of jewelry. He was incredible! Overall, we really lucked out by stumbling upon this shop on Google, I’m so glad we came and experienced all the shop had to offer!! I was also really impressed by the time Anthony took to find reputable piercers/jewelry shops for us in our hometowns so we could get our jewelry sized down in a good shop as we are just visiting. Amanda also was very helpful with jewelry and any questions we had. 10/10 recommend for great staff, cleanliness and professionalism (they are members of the Association of Professional Piercers so have high standards). The folks there obviously love what they do and it was an positive experience in every way. We hope to come again soon!!
