We had a wonderful experience at Route. 3 of us walked in with no appointments and had beautiful tattoos within an hour. I chose from flash, of which there were many options, and the others did custom. The staff was incredibly kind and our tattoos are excellent. There was a slight miscommunication due to language barrier, but the staff went above and beyond (and unnecessarily!) to make things right. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone for a great experience and great work!

While visiting Portugal I decided to do something I'd thought about for years, getting a tattoo. My sister in law got one the day before I did and her experience was overwhelmingly positive. So the next day in I walked to get MY first tattoo. At 70, better late than never. I consulted with Sara and Marcel about my tattoo choice, its size, and best location for it and then Marcel set about inking me. I was extremely happy with the end result and the care Marcel took with the lines and the detail. Thanks to both Sara and (especially) Marcel for making this a very positive experience for me. Came in the get a flash design on my holiday. Accept walk ins. Great service. Cool designs. They have a gacha machine if you want a random design. The artist did an amazing work.

A friend and myself walked in and got an appointment immediately with the whole process of idea, design and print out. I got a tattoo and a piercing as well. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and explained the whole procedure for every step of the journey
