Super friendly team, very clean studio and a great atmosphere. I walked in without an appointment and they took care of me right away. My tattoo was done by Mineli, who turned my rough idea into a completely unique and beautifully designed piece. Professional, precise and absolutely outstanding work. Thank you so much 😁

I was visiting Lisbon for a few days and wanted a tattoo; it didn’t take long to see Queen of Hearts was a top spot. I checked out the artist portfolios and immediately reached out to Pamela on instagram, @bordartattoo, to get something scheduled. She was really responsive and helped me decide on a design. I had the tattoo done with Pamela at the Hotel Hotel private studio and it was such a cool vibe there. I love my tattoo, Pamela as super nice and incredible to work with. The other tattoo artist there, Marcio, was super cool to talk with as well. Great people. If you’re coming to Lisbon for a tattoo, I highly recommend this spot, and Pamela is an amazing artist and tattooer.

Thanks to the Sufs at Queen of Hearts for our piercings! We just walked in and were able to get a piercing straight away (after a short consultation and signing of forms of course). Sufs was amazing, explaining the whole process and making me feel super comfortable! They showed all the sterile equipment before the piercing. They provided clear advice on the care of the piercing (actually better and more detailed advice than I’ve ever got in the UK!) The price was really affordable, costing 25€ for the single helix my friend got and 50€ for the double helix. Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience with Suf! She's a wonderful piercer and I felt very safe with her. She was showing me every step before she did anything. I got a Helix and a 3rd lobe. The prices are also very good! Now almost 6 months later my Helix is finally doing great and I just changed to a lobe. It's also very clean, they show you how to take care of your new piercings and give you their Instagram so you can contact them whenever you have something. Thank you for the great experience!

I had two piercings done here with Emecii, and she was amazing! She was very attentive, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She worked quickly and professionally, and I barely felt a thing. I’m really happy with the result and highly recommend this place!
