If I could give 0 stars I would. I went there to buy a simple bar for my labret as I just lost my jewelry the night before. I I've had my labret pierced for more than 10 years! So I know how the jewelry should sit like. Granted I couldn't remember the size in mm so I trusted the person at the reception and bought what he gave me. I then went back and explained that the bar was actually too thin (it was 1.2mm, I then remembered that I was pierced and always had 1.6mm bar), that the ball was VISIBLY SINKING into my skin and that the flat end was getting caught in my teeth (which is super dangerous as I could rip it easily) but not only they didn't believe me on the size that I needed, they pretty much refused to sell the jewelry I asked. First of all, after more than 10 years, and a fully healed piercing, I know what I've been wearing every day. Second, even if someone has a 1.2mm bar, what if that person would have wanted to stretch it after a decade of having it? Are they not allowed to MODIFY THEIR OWN BODYI A piercing is literally a body modification act and people have been stretching labrets and other holes for centuries why should anyone have to explain themselves? I understand being careful and refusing to sell or do certain things based on morphology and if the piercing is new or still healing, I've been getting piercings for 17 years now and have heavy mods done so I'm not completely ignorant but if I tell you I have had a piercing for more than a decade and I know how something should fit I shouldn't have to over explain myself and not being heard or believed. (Also the fact that it wasn't a problem that I kept biting the bar because of the length and was told "it's normal" is a MASSIVE RED FLAG.) Do not go there, even buying the most basic of jewelry is a task, whether or not you're heavily pierced and know your body.

Slightly disappointed with the experience at the reception with the black haired woman. We had booked an appointment and as we brought up our concerns we were met with condescension which made the initial interactions feel unwelcoming. On the other hand the man charged with the placement of the piercing was very amicable and made the experience smooth and easy ! I wish that the staff was aware of peoples first experiences with the store and how to navigate the process of getting piercings, since not everyone is as comfortable going through this process.
