I was absolutely amazed by the experience at this tattoo studio! The customer service was outstanding, and the attention to detail was impressive. Mariano, my tattoo artist, was incredibly attentive, really listening to my needs and preferences. The entire staff made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. I had a fantastic experience at this studio. Ronnie, the front of house, was so friendly and helpful. She spoke English which was a big help as my Spanish isn't the best. The studio is beautiful and well maintained. I found it to be very clean. I have a number of tattoos already and have to say this was one of my top tattoo experience. Martin, the tattoo artist I worked with was brilliant. He is so talented, with 15 years experience. I would highly recommend him. His fine line work is impeccable. He was patient with me when I asked him to make many changes to the design. The studio even gave me a little gift bag with after care products and a fortune cookie in. Such a lovely touch.

They were patient and super attentive to all my questions throughout the whole process. ​The final result? Absolutely stunning. I never imagined a tattoo could look this good. From the UK staying in BA for only 10 days and made a spontaneous decision to get my tattoo done whilst here - Iris were fantastic from start to finish! So easy to book, very communicative and friendly, made sure someone who spoke English was available throughout my appointment, clear and thorough aftercare instructions... taken care of throughout the experience! Would thoroughly recommend.

Thank you to the whole team for an amazing experience. Had a tragus piercing with Lauretty and she was so quick and skilled I barely had time to notice it hurt. Wonderful after care kit provided as well.
