Anies put my piercing back in for me and was extremely professional. I had to remove it for the MRI, and she handled everything perfectly. She was very kind and made me feel completely comfortable. Amber was also wonderful — both of them were incredibly friendly and caring.

I had such a wonderful experience getting pierced by Manu today! I was super nervous going in. Manu was super kind, patient and made sure I felt comfortable during the process. The piercing was surprisingly quick and almost painless — way better than I expected! Thank you very much!

Wow 🤩 Thank you so much 🙏 Everybody is super friendly and helpful. I felt welcome from the start. Professional and customer oriented service. What I also appreciate very much is the fact that they put great care on what type and size of jewellery they recommend individually for the customer. I was told to take a smaller size than I was asking for and it was the right decision to follow their advice. Wonderful Experience as usual. Anaïs is very competent and she done my Piercing perfectly. Little pain, but dosen’t matter, because the result is just amazing. If you have to do a piercing, I will suggest you to go to Giada Ilardo. You will never do something wrong. Very clean place and safe work. Love it.
