Just finished a session with Carrie at Family Business Tattoo. She completed my full back piece after five sessions, and it’s unbelievable. From the very first consultation to the final touches, she was professional, patient, and incredibly detail-oriented. The amount of care and precision she puts into her work really shows — every session built perfectly on the last, and the finished piece is insane. Carrie also did my chest piece a few years ago, and it’s still one of my favorite tattoos. Her work heals well and I continue to get compliments all the time. She has an incredible eye for design and placement, and she really takes the time to make sure everything flows with your body. The shop itself is awesome — clean, welcoming, and run by great people. The whole process, from booking to the final session, was smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for high-quality work and an artist who genuinely cares about her craft and her clients, Carrie is it. I had my first back tattoo session with Marianna. I only gave her loose design requests including "an American traditional back piece with a bulldog, a sacred heart, daggers, and roses" and her design actually blew me away. It's better than anything I could have hoped for. She was also very friendly and accommodating when it came to the tattoo session. She works very fast (while not sacrificing attention to detail). I sat for about 4.5 hours of actually tattooing which was about all I could handle and she managed to make a ton of progress in that time. I can't wait to go back to keep adding to the piece and filling it out! Update session 2: I got the bottom 3rd of my back colored/shaded in for session 2. I love the shading, it’s a big bold saturated sticker like traditional tattoo. This spot was an especially painful area for me and Marianna worked with me using numbing spray that really worked and helped me sit for ~5 hours (I don’t know if I would have made it 1 hour without it). She gave detailed after care instructions and an healthy supply of second skin for healing. Incredibly excited to keep filling it in and seeing the final piece.

I can’t say enough good things about Family Business Tattoo. From the moment I walked in, the shop was welcoming, clean, and professional, with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Mariana did an incredible job on my American traditional tattoos. Her work is bold, clean, and beautifully executed, with solid color and perfect linework. She took the time to make sure every detail and placement was exactly right and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. My tattoos healed beautifully and still look amazing. Ronaldo was also great—super professional, friendly, and clearly talented. You can tell both artists genuinely care about their craft and about the people they tattoo, which really sets this shop apart. I’m beyond happy with my tattoos and will absolutely be coming back. I highly recommend Family Business Tattoo, especially Mariana and Ronaldo, to anyone looking for high-quality American traditional work. Mariana did mine and Ronaldo did my boyfriends!
