So grateful to have come across these two amazing and beautiful souls. I was on vacation and they accepted my walk-in. I’ve been wanting my nose pierced for a while, and from the moment I walked in, the energy was so welcoming. Luis was incredibly sweet and helpful when it came to picking out my jewelry. The piercing itself was quick and easy—literally no pain at all. Thank you. Thank you Steve and Luis for taking care of me and making it such a memorable experience. Lots of love

Great shop. Got what is probably my best tattoo from Mr. Von. So cal rock n roll, tattoo master, he is the man. Very cool people. Patricia helped me get all of the documentation together. She was awesome. Very clean shop. Laid back. Highly recommend. I will be back!

5 stars across the board. Patricia was super friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in. Called at 10:05pm and walked out at 1am with this masterpiece from Luis. I instantly connected with them felt like home . To the owners: These are the type of employees I’d like running my buisness A1 customer service plus A1 quality.* UPDATE* 4 days later I got 2 other tattoos that’s how you go on a tattoo binge hehe. Luis and Pat and the whole team is amazing!!!! He made my year with the portrait of my Cat which looks exactly like the tattoo!! Will be back to finish my arm and more!!

Luis was sooooo amazing! He was welcoming, accommodating, and patient. Luis was also very gentle and very helpful. He made sure the tat I wanted was perfected to my liking as well as the size. I felt extremely comfortable!!! Ive had many tattoo experiences over the past 20 years, but this was, by far, the best!!!!

Laat year we visited South Beach from New York and decided to get a tattoo. When we got to Empire Ink and saw Divi's portfolio we decided to go with her. This was a decision that we definitely did not regret. This year, for our anniversary, we decided to return to South Beach and get some more ink with Divi. I gave her an idea and she created magic. I got two tattoos on my left arm which will be the beginning of my sleeve and my husband got one of our fur baby, Harley. She was very accommodating with our schedule and we got the VIP treatment. The attention to detail and our comfort was of the utmost importance to not only Divi, but also Steve the manager and Mo at the front desk. They were always checking up on us to make sure we were okay from coffee to water to snacks. Mo was there documenting the process through photography and videography. Some would say why travel this far for a tattoo and to them I would say that it was definitely worth it.
