My sister and I got belly button piercings. The staff were very kind and attentive. We felt almost no pain. Mr. Okan was very helpful and hospitable. We were very pleased, thank you.

Had my first tattoo done here, best experience. They took their time to understand what I want and they worked closely with me. They were super interested. Had a very good experience with Keith who took care of my first experience and made sure that it is a memorable one. I am very happy with the result and it was so fun to have Keith work on my tattoo!

This is my second time here. This time I was there for piercing. The first time I had was for a tattoo. I am very happy with both of the applications. The owner Okan Bey is super friendly and his team also. Will be coming back soon

I’m leaving this review purely based on customer service, not the quality of tattoos or piercings, as unfortunately we were never helped. My two children and I walked into the shop at the same time as another group of customers. They were helped first, which was absolutely fine. What wasn’t fine was the stark contrast in how we were treated immediately afterwards. The gentleman spent a long time helping the customers in front of us, fixing a piercing for free and even telling them they didn’t need to pay, just to leave a good review. They left very happy, which is great but that moment is the reason I’m writing this review. Once they finished, instead of acknowledging us or asking if we needed help, the same gentleman walked straight past us, returned to his desk, and continued working. We stood waiting for several more minutes. He then put on gloves, which clearly signalled he was moving on to something else and not intending to help us. There were three men in the shop who all appeared to be working there. Not one of them approached us, spoke to us, or asked if we needed assistance despite the fact that it’s obvious in this shop that you cannot simply pick items up yourself. All jewellery and piercings need to be handled by staff. We were in the shop for around 15-20 minutes in total. During that time, it was very clear we were waiting to be helped. I was looking to book both a tattoo and a piercing, as well as purchase jewellery. Instead, we were completely ignored. When we finally decided to leave, the same gentleman suddenly noticed us, turned around, waved, and said “thanks, goodbye.” I replied that we were leaving because we hadn’t been helped and that I was really upset. Only then did he ask, “What do you need? What do you need?” By that point, the damage had already been done. I was too upset, and after being treated that way, I no longer felt comfortable spending money there. I told him we were just going to leave. I would not normally leave a negative review, but seeing such a big difference in care and friendliness between one set of customers and the next was really disappointing. Being overlooked like that especially while standing there with my children was upsetting and unnecessary. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because no one should leave a shop feeling the way we did.

Went to Cleopatra Ink to get a Helix piercings with my niece. We got our piercing done by Ilyas. He did a great job. Very friendly and easy going. Clean and professional. Different jewellery if you want to get yourself something nice instead of the usual studs.
