I downsized my conch at another studio two weeks ago and everything was fine until it suddenly wasn’t. My ear became swollen and the jewelry started to embed, and I was pretty stressed. The team here was incredibly kind and reassuring. They safely removed the embedded jewelry, placed a plastic retainer so it can heal properly, and walked me through aftercare. The process was smooth with minimal discomfort. I’m so grateful for their care and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back for jewelry once my ear is ready. Thank you again! ❤️

Ingrid is truly amazing. She did my Medusa piercing today and the entire experience was perfect from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and her attention to detail was unmatched. The piercing itself was quick, clean, and came out absolutely perfect. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will 100% be coming back to Ingrid for future piercings. Highly recommend!

I went to Andres for a memorial tattoo of my dog Zoey and it could not have come out more perfect, I'm so grateful for his insane talent. He's also just the nicest guy. He was very helpful in helping me craft the image that I had in mind and I was so happy to see the design when I arrived at the shop. The shop is awesome and each artist has their own station so you have plenty of privacy during your appointment. The vibe of the shop is really friendly as well and not at all intimidating as some tattoo shops can be, it seems like all of the artists and piercers are super close friends - they would come over to Andres' station to check out the tattoo he was giving me and chat for a bit, I really enjoyed that. We ended up being the last ones in the shop and going late into the night because the tattoo is quite large and I felt a bit bad to keep him so late, but Andres never rushed for a single second, he made sure to get every detail absolutely perfect which I really appreciate in an artist. I love when an artist shows pride in their work - when he finished, he took pictures and we chatted as he closed up the shop. Such a fair price too for this quality of work. The amount of compliments I've received on this tattoo is wild, it is by far my favorite and most meaningful tattoo that I have, I really don't know how he does it. Highly highly recommend Chicago Ink and Andres!!

My piercer Jessi was amazing — they explained the whole process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable before starting. The piercing itself was super quick, nearly painless, and perfectly placed. They also gave me really helpful aftercare instructions, and it’s been healing beautifully with no issues at all. You can tell they truly care about their clients and take pride in their work. I’m absolutely in love with my new piercing and will definitely be coming back for more!
