HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I went in for a repierce in my nose.The piercingarea had ppl just in it hangingatound eating.. One girl looked like she was cleaning her own tattoo....i wasn'tasked what size i had in my nose before or type of jewelry i wanted... I was NOT given ANY after care instructions or solution for the piercing .And when I walked back in to get it the staff were actually TALKING about me in the back.... Which then caused me and the front desk woman to get into it!!!!!! BY FAR THE WORST 50 EVERY SPENT!!!!!SHOULDA STUCK TO CLAIRES!!! IT WOULDA BEEN CHEAPER AND BETTER CUSTONER SERVICE WITH AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS AND SOLUTUON... IT WAS WORSE THAN GETTIN A TATTOO FROM BOBBI BACK IN THE DAY!!!! IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW!!!! RUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNN DONT WALK

Absolutely in love with my tattoo, pops is incredibly talented and made the whole experience comfortable and stress free. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by penny and she is so pleasant and made me very comfortable and walked me through the whole process I will definitely be back the tattoo came out perfectly

My experience with Boston Ink was wonderful. I was treated with kindness and respect. Everyone was very patient and attentive in helping me pick and formulate my dream tattoo. I will definitely be coming back for future pieces.

Great experience! Took my daughter to get her eyebrow pierced and Harley was on point! So calm, laid back and friendly which kept me at ease because I think I was more nervous than anyone. But honestly everyone there was so nice, friendly and even gave me some good laughs from Pops up front and the women that I spoke with on the phone, just a great place to go to and would recommend to anyone!

Excellent experience here with pops, so friendly and patient. Really took the time to listen to what designs I wanted. The results were even better! Definitely coming back for more tattoos here. Love d it!! Not to mention Penny she was amazing! Over all experience 1000/10
