From the moment I reached out months in advance, to scheduling a group of 7, then to finally getting our tattoos, was a great experience. All questions answered, friendly staff, awesome artists, free coffee and basically the entire experience, was very easy, professional and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Been coming here for years, best in the biz. Never gotten a bad cut here. Today I got my first cut from Karol and it’s the best yet! She took her time and put effort in, it didn’t feel rushed. Can’t go wrong here. Cash only. This place is a Boston institution

Visiting Boston on vacation and this place looked really cool. Thought it would be nice for my husband to get a beard trim. We didn’t have an appointment but they were kind enough to work him in. They told us that Charlotte would take him but she was at lunch so we waited just a bit. Enjoyed a free beer. It was a quick trim with a straight razor and clippers (for $20 plus tip) So we headed out and I took a look at him in the natural light. The left side of his face looked perfect but the right side was really uneven. A totally different angle and a whole line of hair was left untrimmed. No biggie he said, I can just shape it up later. But then I looked at his neck and noticed it was bleeding pretty bad. He hates to complain but we didn’t have a napkin or sanitizer so I sent him back in and another barber sanitized it and helped stop the bleeding. Probably not the best experience overall but we did like the vibe of the shop and everyone was friendly.
