Had the best tattoo experience with Yana 🖤 This is my second time getting tattooed by her, and this time I even brought my partner along for his tattoo. She is honestly the sweetest soul. Getting the right design can be stressful, but Yana took so much time and care to really listen to us and design two unique pieces that felt truly ours. She was patient, thoughtful, and incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process. You can tell she genuinely cares not just about the art, but about the people wearing it. Work of art! I was in Ubud branch before and now Umalas - both great artists. Aleksey was so patient with me as I have the ultra sensitive skin and not good with pain at all. The touch up was better than the original one which was made 3 years ago in my home country. Special thanks to Nabila as customer services, I feel very well taken care of. Highly recommended.

I have again, had a fantastic experience at Artful Ink, this time at their beautiful Umalas studio. The entire experience was great. From online booking and design conversations to the actual appointment, all the staff were so considerate and welcoming. This is my second tattoo by Aleksey (fourth at an Artfuk Ink studio) and I highly recommend him for any design you are thinking of. I knew what I wanted but Aleksey’s design was better than I could have imagined. He listened to my thoughts and added details in with no hesitation. I was in love with the design and even more when I saw it finished. Aleksey is a very talented artist, and I am so happy to have his artwork on my body.
